Day Light Roast Options
Light Roasts are enjoyed by those who favor a lighter bodied cup of coffee, often with berry, fruit or tea-like properties and bright acidity. Light roasts showcase a coffee’s unique growing region while often providing a greater caffeine kick than darker roasted counterparts. Pour over, Immersion brews, and Automatic Drip brewing methods all work well with light roasts.
Mid Day Roast Options
Medium Roasts provide that classic balanced body with increased sweetness and lower acidity while allowing a coffee’s growing region to come through without overwhelming the cup. Medium roasts as work well with multiple brewing methods Making Everyday Feel Like a Day Off.
Dark Day Roast Options
Think bold, chocolatey and smooth but never burnt. Dark Roasts are great for milk drinks, classic espresso or a Café Cubano. Time to break out the Moca Pot.
All Day Decaf Options
I know what you’re thinking. Death before decaf but we encourage you to enjoy a delicious cup of decaf anytime of the day without the caffeine effect. We source our decaf from around the world relying on Swiss Water and Sugar Cane decaffeination processes to safely remove the caffeine while leaving the flavor of the specialty grade bean.
Day Drinking Barrel Aged Options
We age specialty grade beans in recently emptied and retired oak whiskey and rum barrels, then roast the beans to a perfect medium roast to add a little something extra to your cup. Our barrel aged options are perfect while enjoying a sunrise, a mid-day break or watching the sun set after dinner.
